We never browse your files. Repairs that need the device unlocked are done on a bench in the shop, and we recommend a backup before you hand it over either way.
What if you can't fix it?
You pay nothing. No fix, no fee — and we return the device either way, at our cost for mail-in.
How long does a mail-in repair take?
Three to five business days from the day it arrives, including the return shipping.
Do you use genuine parts?
OEM parts wherever they're available. Where we use a high-grade equivalent, we tell you before you approve the quote.
Does a repair void my manufacturer warranty?
It can, depending on the device and the fault. We'll tell you if we think it applies before we start.
